Finance & Administrative Officer
Job Information
We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Officer to support the financial and operational processes of our company. You will work closely with the owner and our external accountant to manage day-to-day finance and administrative tasks and help keep the business running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in handling finance-related responsibilities in a small business or SaaS environment.
This is a part-time position (16–24 hours per week) to start with, offering flexibility in schedule and working hours. The role is designed to grow with the company, and there is a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the future as responsibilities expand.
Responsibilities
Finance & Bookkeeping
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices
- Execute and track payments to vendors and suppliers
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare and submit tax documentation (in collaboration with our accountant)
- Assist with sales order processing and invoice generation
- Prepare financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
Administration & Operations
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices, credit notes, payment methods, and contract commitments
- Support the owner with general administrative tasks and internal coordination
- Ensure compliance with local financial and administrative regulations
- Liaise with service providers (accountant, payroll, legal, etc.)
- Help optimize internal workflows and processes
